AFFORDABLE, BESPOKE WOODWORK THAT'S MADE TO LAST
I started Lyneborg Woodwork because I love playing a part in bringing people's vision for their homes and gardens to life.
Sometimes a space deserves a piece which is entirely unique. You may have wonderful ideas of the perfect item, but can't find something which looks just right, or perhaps even fits. That's why I design most of my projects using CAD software, so that you can visualise what your piece will look like, before the project starts.
Helping you bring your perfect piece of bespoke furniture or wooden outdoor item to life, knowing that it's been made to last and to be enjoyed for years to come, is why my carpentry workshop in Perthshire is also my favourite place.
"Jan was both professional and understanding from the start. From choosing the type of wood to discussing options and styles, he was able to create a beautiful cabinet coffee table for us, just as we wanted. The craft and precision is exceptional and my wife and I felt involved at each stage. We now have a piece of bespoke furniture to cherish. Highly recommended"

Bin sheds - a perfectly functional disguise
One of my most popular items, bin sheds are a neat and practical way to store, and hide, your bins. With the option of adding a parcel drop, you'll also never have to worry about missing a delivery again.
With a number of customisation and personalisation options, your shed will be based on your exact requirements.
Prices starting from £560.
Small sheds - a place for your boots, logs, or toys
Built using natural Larch, the wood on the project below will turn a beautiful silvery grey over time. Should you have a particular shade or finish in mind, this can easily be added.
These make wonderful gifts, especially with an engraved personalised message or name.
Born in Copenhagen, Denmark, I originally chose a different path from my creative family of musicians, artists, and architects, by pursuing a long career as an airline pilot.
Much of my free time was spent either creating intricate stream and pond systems in the garden, or climbing around on scaffolding to refurbish our 19th-century villa inside and out.
In 2001, we decided to embark on a new adventure in Scotland and settled in beautiful Perthshire. While many hours have been spent waders-deep in rivers, and on the golf course, my true passion has been to pursue my love for woodwork.
My carpentry workshop is where you'll usually find me, either creating digital drawings for a new coffee table design, or putting the finishing touches to another built-in wardrobe.
It would be my pleasure to discuss any ideas you might have for your home or garden.
